i lived at 74 inverary with my daughter for most of 2011. this home is filled with rodent fecies. the present owner bought the house from her semi retarded aunt and uncle that lived with the mice for 20 years. when i moved into the home as a renter i soon discovered that it was over run with mice. i would wake up daily and have to remove drowned mice from my dogs bowls. i t took two months of killing 3-4 mice a day. my daughter continued to get sick. so i pulled out the dishwasher to investigate and found pounds of fecies and dog food. i have heard mice in the upstairs walls and attic. the house is presently being renovated and listed. i dont think that the walls where opened up to clean out all the fecies. this home is a health hazard. pls buyer beware, indoor air quality test is a must. Buyer beware!!!!!
